2. Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain employee database and HRMS systems
Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets
Prepare HR reports and dashboards
Handle employee queries related to HR policies
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs
Track attendance, overtime, and deductions
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.)
4. Employee Engagement
Plan and coordinate engagement activities and events
Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and action plans
5. Performance Management
Support the annual/quarterly appraisal process
Follow up with teams for goal setting and review cycles
6. Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
Support updating and communicating HR policies
7. Exit Formalities
Coordinate resignation and exit interviews
Manage full & final settlement documentation

Eligibility / Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree
1-4 years of experience in HR generalist profile
Knowledge of labor laws (preferred)
