The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment (60%) and supporting core HR operations (40%). The role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (60%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
Maintain candidate pipeline, track hiring progress, and ensure timely closures.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure adherence to hiring timelines.
Enhance employer branding initiatives.
2. General HR & Operations (40%)
Support new hire onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Assist in performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, tracking).
Handle employee engagement initiatives and HR communication.
Support payroll inputs and attendance/leave management.
Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
Maintain and update HRMIS/HR databases and personnel files.
Support policy implementation and compliance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-6 years of full-time HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition.
Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring across levels.
Good understanding of HR processes, employee life cycle, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements with attention to detail.
