We are a reputed Business Consultancy Services Organisation providing accounting, taxation, audit, and advisory services to a diverse client base. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end human resources and compliance functions for our firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, appraisal, and exit processes.
Handling payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and maintaining employee records.
Ensuring compliance with labour laws including PF, ESIC, PTAX, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishment Act.
Drafting and issuing HR documentation such as appointment letters, confirmations, appraisals, warning notices, and resignation acceptance letters.
Coordinating with partners and department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Handling employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters.
Maintaining HR MIS, compliance trackers, and employee databases.
Supporting internal audits, inspections, and statutory documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a CA firm or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll systems, and HR software.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Compensation:
Compensation will be Rs. 15000/-
