Core Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

: Handles end-to-end hiring, job analysis, sourcing, interviewing, and creating smooth onboarding programs for new hires.

Employee Relations

: Manages conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintains open, fair communication channels to boost morale and engagement.

Policy & Compliance

: Develops, implements, and enforces HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and ethical standards.

Performance Management

: Oversees appraisal systems, feedback sessions, goal setting, and development plans to enhance performance.

Compensation & Benefits

: Administers employee benefits, payroll, and ensures competitive and fair compensation structures.

Training & Development

: Coordinates programs to upskill employees and managers, supporting career growth.

Workforce Planning

: Strategically plans talent needs, manages internal mobility, and organizes the workforce for efficiency.

HR Operations

: Manages employee records, attendance, HR budgets, and daily department functions.
Strategic Focus:

Aligning HR strategies with organizational goals for growth. Creating a positive, secure, and engaging work environment. Proactively planning for future talent needs and retention. Using data to assess performance and make informed decisions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
