Responsibilities and Duties: -

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in payroll processing and attendance management Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Support performance management and employee engagement activities Coordinate training and development initiatives Responsible for maintaining monthly expenses and billing records for the company.

Required Experience and Qualifications

MBA in HR is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Must have recruitment experience in SEO field/Digital Marketing.
