Compliance & Policy:
Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, updating procedures.
HR Administration:
Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and generating reports.
Strategic Support:
Implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and supporting organizational development.
3-4 years of experience in HR profile is preferable .
