Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Hiring

Onboarding & Off-boarding

Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

Operational: Day-to-day HR administration, paperwork, and process execution

Employee Engagement: Plan engagement activities, wellness programs, and outreach to boost morale.

Manage employees' grievances
