What You'll Be Doing
Supporting end-to-end recruitment--from sourcing to selection
Managing smooth onboarding & offboarding experiences
Handling HR documentation, employee records, and policy adherence
Assisting in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
Building and maintaining a positive, collaborative work culture
Planning team engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition initiatives
Addressing employee concerns and grievances sensitively and professionally
Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and internal HR standards
Managing contracts/agreements for freelancers & contract staff
What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months to 1+ year of HR experience
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Someone who's reliable, people-friendly, and detail-oriented
