Job Summary:
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Conduct new hire orientation and assist with the onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Track and maintain performance evaluation records, ensuring timely feedback to employees.
Support managers with performance improvement plans when necessary.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
Assist in identifying skill gaps and training needs across departments.
Maintain records of completed training and certifications.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other employee records.
Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Assist in payroll processing and other administrative tasks.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Organize employee welfare programs, health initiatives, and team-building activities.
Monitor employee satisfaction and provide recommendations to improve overall work culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional HR certifications (e.g., MBA-HR, PHR) are a plus.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS).
