Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job criteria.
Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Handle bulk hiring and niche hiring as required.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Manage complete onboarding process for selected candidates.
Verify documents, collect required forms, and prepare offer letters.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
3. Coordination & Communication
Act as a point of contact between candidates and managers.
Maintain strong professional communication and follow-up throughout the hiring cycle.
Provide weekly recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
4. HR Operations (Basic)
Assist in attendance management, employee engagement, and basic HR administrative tasks.
Support HR team in day-to-day operational work when required.
Required Skills
Minimum
1 year of experience
in recruitment (staffing agency experience is a plus).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Basic understanding of HR operations and documentation.
