As an HR Specialist, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations and play a critical role in shaping and maintaining a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with leadership to support talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
Administer employee benefits, attendance systems, and personnel records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory regulations
Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
Foster a professional, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace environment
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related domain
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and policy management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
