Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience in human resources. Prior experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.
Functional Competencies
Domain Knowledge:
Sound understanding of core HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, employee records, and statutory compliance
Knowledge of child safeguarding norms and employee lifecycle documentation
Familiarity with HR policies and employee engagement best practices
Computer Proficiency:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of HR software and digital record-keeping systems
Leadership Competencies
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under academic calendar timelines
Approachable and employee-focused with a collaborative mindset
