Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files and HR databases.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, NOC, and exit documents.
Manage attendance, leave records, and salary-related data.

Payroll & Compensation
Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement.
Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and benefits.
Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
4.
Training & Development
Identify training needs.
Organize skill development sessions and workshops.
Track training attendance and feedback.
5.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
Resolve grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
6.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update HR policies and employee handbooks.
Handle audits and HR documentation.
7.
Exit & Full & Final Settlement
Manage resignations, exit interviews, and clearance formalities.
Process full & final settlement and experience letters.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, Excel)
Time management and multitasking ability
Problem-solving and confidentiality handling
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications like
MBA-HR, PGDHRM, or SHRM/PHR
