Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.
Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
Draft and update job descriptions based on business requirements and market trends.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through effective communication.
Manage multiple open positions with accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, X-ray search, and niche targeting.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR coordination.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with prior experience in
