What You'll Do:

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing ? screening ? onboarding) Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals & networks Draft JDs, manage pipelines, and coordinate interviews Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, etc.)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Admin Strong communication & multitasking skills Prior experience in IT hiring or staffing agency preferred

Note:

Female candidates only Immediate joiners preferred
