Required candidate who have minimum 2 years experience in Medical HR field, who can recruit employees, act as a bridge between employees and management, and handle employee complaints and grievances. Knows NABL and NABH Documentation Procedures. Have Knowledge about ESI, PF, PTax and other relevant Compliances. Can Recruit Candidate via phone call and look after Employee on-boarding procedure.
