Handle end-to-end recruitment -- from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
Coordinate offer negotiation and joining formalities.
Prepare and manage new hire documentation (offer letters, joining kits, ID cards, etc.).
Set up employee profiles in ERP and maintain personnel files.
Handle employee database management (soft and hard copies).
Conduct employee feedback surveys and coordinate action plan
Coordinate goal setting and task management.
Assist in collecting performance data and preparing evaluation reports.
