Key Responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end

recruitment process

, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update

employee records

while ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Support

employee engagement

, training, and development programs. Assist in

payroll processing

, benefits administration, and HR documentation. Address employee concerns, promote healthy workplace relations, and support organizational culture initiatives. Ensure adherence to

Qualifications & Requirements:



Minimum

6 months of experience

in an HR Generalist role. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Sound understanding of

labour laws

and HR policies. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving

skills. High level of

integrity, confidentiality

, and professionalism.
