1. Discuss the job description, post the job, conduct a resume search on Resdex and Indeed, screen candidate profiles, share profiles with the relevant Head of Department (HOD), schedule interviews, discuss salaries, negotiate offers, and make selections.
2. Generate offers, collect necessary documents, prepare the joining form and medical test form, issue the appointment letter, handle biometric registration, and enroll for PF and ESIC. Arrange for a laptop, introduce new hires to all departments, and send a welcome email.
3. Generate a new email ID.
4. Manage biometric data, master data, reports on late marks, and leave records.
5. Prepare experience and relieving letters.
6. Book flight or train tickets.
7. Maintain employee files.
8. Address any additional responsibilities that may arise over time.
