Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Handle employee induction, training coordination, and documentation. Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.). Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain proper documentation. Provide day-to-day support to employees and management on HR-related queries.

Requirements:



Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR roles Strong knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
