Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and maintain daily HR operations.
Manage statutory compliances like
ESIC & PF
.
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including screening and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and prepare HR-related reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
Key Skills Required:
Good understanding of HR operations and policies.
Knowledge of
ESIC, PF, and attendance management
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day HR activities.
