Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

: Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new employees and handling exit formalities.

Employee Relations

: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, manage grievances, and ensure a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Policy & Compliance

: Develop, update, and implement HR policies, and ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and employment regulations.

Performance Management

: Coordinate performance reviews, assist in developing employee growth plans, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

: Administer payroll, manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage HR documentation.

Training & Development

: Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Employee Engagement

: Plan and execute activities to foster employee satisfaction, engagement, and growth.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
