Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Handle payroll coordination in collaboration with the accounts team.
Address employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
Support training and development initiatives.
Handle HR documentation and reporting.
Liaise with contractors and site staff for HR-related requirements.
