Required Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations Key Responsibilities: Monthly ESIC & PF Challan preparation and submission Employee onboarding and conducting induction sessions Maintaining HR MIS reports such as: Recruitment Tracker Attrition Analysis Sheet Other HR data reports
