Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate attendance records for all blue-collar employees.Manage issuance and tracking of canteen coupons.Handle onboarding formalities and documentation for new blue-collar hires.Oversee proper filling and submission of contract labor compliance forms.Regularly update and maintain the master file reflecting active/inactive status of blue-collar workforce.Execute administrative tasks as required to support day-to-day factory operations.Provide ongoing assistance to the HR function in relevant areas including data entry, coordination, and compliance.
KPI Examples:
Timely update of attendance and master files (within 1 working day).100% compliance in onboarding and documentation.Zero discrepancies in canteen coupon issuance and usage.Completion of administrative tasks within defined timelines.
