Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter cum Operations Executive

to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR operations, team coordination, and assisting the HR Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and documentation. Assist in organizing monthly meetings, preparing agendas, and compiling reports. Coordinate team schedules and help manage internal communication. Support in employee engagement activities and basic HR functions. Take ownership of follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and calendar management. Generate reports and maintain records as per operational requirements. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or leadership team.

Requirements:

Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR recruitment and operations. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
