We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage & assist in all aspects of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and values. Candidate should be experienced in MS Office, Payroll, Strong Knowledge in ESI & EPF, Recruitment and Documentation.

HR Duties:
Assist in recruitment processes including screening, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and databases.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Assist in handling basic employee queries and grievances.
Coordinate HR documentation and assist with compliance.
Maintain complete employee records, including health check reports, indemnity insurance, and contract renewals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, EPF, and other statutory norms.
Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files.
