Review and process all incoming warranty claims, including verifying customer eligibility, vehicle service history, and ensuring proper documentation (e.g., repair orders, labor codes, failure codes, and part numbers).
Prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer or third-party providers in a timely manner, adhering to all submission deadlines and technical guidelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for service advisors and technicians, providing guidance on proper warranty repair procedures and documentation.
Manage and resolve complex or escalated customer warranty issues and complaints, providing clear explanations of coverage and policy terms.
HR Executive:
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files
Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.)
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and maintain related records
Assist in identifying staffing needs and preparing job descriptions
Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Accessories manager, Accessories incharge:
Select, source, and order accessories aligned with current market trends and customer needs
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability
Conduct regular stock audits and manage reordering to avoid overstock/understock situations
Address customer inquiries and issues related to accessories
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service
Gather customer feedback for product and service improvement
