Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support training and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Expertise in designing HR policies and documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in HR (preferably a fresher)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
