Job Description

Recruitment Support:

Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Facilitating smooth new-hire onboarding processes and coordinating exit procedures.

Employee Relations:

Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

HR Administration:

Maintaining and updating employee records, managing HR databases (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Performance Management:

Supporting the execution of performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation:

Preparing HR-related documentation, reports, and maintaining strict confidentiality of all employee data

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

1 to 2 years

of practical experience working as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a similar generalist HR role.

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with the local labor market and statutory compliance in Tamil Nadu is highly desirable.

Skills:

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attitude:

A proactive, detail-oriented, and service-oriented approach with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
