HR Manager
to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, labour law compliance, and statutory adherence, while ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
:
Recruitment & People management
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to build a high-performing team.
Design, implement, and deliver employee training programs, including orientation, skill development, and ongoing professional growth initiatives.
Draft, implement, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks as per labour laws and best practices.
Manage performance evaluation systems (KPI/KRA), conduct reviews, set goals, provide feedback, and address underperformance to drive employee productivity.
Quality Compliance & Record Keeping
Oversee ISO compliance efforts, such as maintaining training & employee records, contracts, creating & updating SOPs for HR & compiling for other departments, updating skill matrix and ensuring adherence to standards like ISO 9001 in HR processes.
Handle ISO documentation and audit preparation including training calendar, training compliance, skill matrix, competence mapping, and awareness programs.
Maintain employee personal files, appointment letters, contracts, and HR records in compliance with statutory and ISO requirements.
Maintains statutory registers, notices, and returns in physical and digital formats.
Manage attendance systems and coordinate payroll processing.
Maintain accurate HR data including compliance letters, medical examination records, training records, ESIC accident registers, attendance, leave, bonus, and statutory documentation.
Administrative
Handle administrative tasks such as benefits administration, policy enforcement, security systems, employee records, and workplace safety compliance.
Liaisoning directly or with consultants or third party for administrative tasks for ESIC, PF, GIDC, Electricity board, etc.
