Job Description

Recruitment and Hiring:

Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment of all employees.

Performance Management:

Evaluating employee performance, setting goals, providing feedback.

Compensation and Benefits:

Designing and administering compensation packages, including salaries, benefits, and incentives.

Compliance Management:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs and organizing training programs for employees.

Payroll Processing:

Overseeing payroll calculations and ensuring timely payments.

HR Policy Development:

Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement Initiatives:

Planning and executing programs to promote employee morale and engagement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
