Role Overview

The HR Executive will manage

end-to-end HR operations

, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle, strong team culture, and efficient people processes that support our fast-paced growth.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs. Manage HR documentation: offer letters, confirmations, IDs, contracts, and compliance files. Support HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements across departments. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and internal communication. Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations, and culture-building initiatives. Maintain performance evaluation cycles and appraisal documentation. Coordinate with management for manpower planning and team requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA HR preferred). 1-3 years of experience as an HR Executive/HR Generalist. Strong communication, organization, and people-handling skills. Knowledge of HRMS, payroll basics, and labour law compliances (preferred). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
