We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in human resources and a solid understanding of HR policies, statutory compliances, and labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee records management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labour laws.
Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and records.
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and assist management with policy implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, rules, and Indian labour laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
