Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, coordination with Account
Managers for internal hiring, and interview scheduling.
Formulating HR documents like offer letters, onboarding documents to US
Candidates.
Manage onboarding processes and ensure all documentation and compliance
requirements are met.
Coordinate payroll by verifying consultant timesheets and invoicing to the clients on
Monthly/weekly basis.
Handle employee concerns including attendance, payment queries, or client-side
feedback
Maintain up-to-date records in HRIS and support internal audits
Work closely with the clients for the pending payments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Understanding of US staffing models (W2, 1099, C2C) and payroll processes
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and HRIS tools
Experience working in a night shift or across US time zones is preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Timely and accurate payroll and invoice processing
High compliance rate on consultant documentation
Smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Effective communication with consultants and clients regarding HR/payroll
