We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Executive
with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance, while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Handle employee lifecycle activities such as joining, confirmation, appraisal, transfers, and exit formalities
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee data
Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.)
Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisal cycles
Address employee queries and support employee relations initiatives
Coordinate training and development programs and recognize skill gaps
Support HR audits and ensure documentation compliance
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving and conflict management skills
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role
