Job Description

ey Responsibilities-:



-Handle recruitment of shop-floor workers, helpers, operators, and supervisors

-Manage attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records

-Coordinate payroll inputs and wage processing for factory employees

-Ensure compliance with Factory Act, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus, and labor laws

-Maintain statutory registers and factory HR documentation

-Handle contract labor and vendor coordination

-Address worker grievances, discipline, and employee relations

-Support safety orientation and basic training for factory staff

-Control absenteeism and attrition at the plant level

-Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attendance, manpower status)

Required Experience-



- Minimum 4 year experience of factory Managment
