We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:*
Assist in the full recruitment process: job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database/system.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the finance department.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Support performance appraisal cycles and training & development initiatives.
Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role (preferred).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR operations in Real Estate would be advantageous.
