Job Description

A leading edtech company is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various aspects of human resource management, including end to end recruitments, employee relationship, performance management, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation. Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Support in employee engagement activities and performance management initiatives. Assist with employee queries and provide necessary support. Assist in organizing training programs and career development initiatives.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR, within the IT or tech industry. Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
