The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews)
Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs
Maintain employee records and HR databases
2. Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Ensure positive work culture and discipline
3. Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate payroll processing with accounts
Maintain attendance, leave, and statutory records
Ensure timely salary disbursement
4. Statutory Compliance
Maintain statutory registers and documentation
Coordinate audits and inspections
5. Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes
Track KPIs and appraisal documentation
Support training and development programs
6. HR Policies & Documentation
Implement HR policies and procedures
Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, exit)
Manage employee exit formalities and full & final settlement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-5 years of experience in HR (as per role level)
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software
