Job Description

The HR Executive will manage day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive work culture aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Manage

employee onboarding & exit formalities

Maintain

employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

Coordinate with accounts for

payroll processing and salary revisions

Implement

HR policies, SOPs, and company rules

Handle

employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution

Monitor

performance appraisals and feedback processes

Ensure compliance with

labor laws and statutory requirements

Organize

training, engagement activities, and team events

Support management in

HR planning and workforce management


Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in

HR, Business Administration, or related field

1-4 years of experience in

HR operations or recruitment

Good knowledge of

HR policies, labor laws, and compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and HR software

Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills



Experience in

real estate / interior / construction industry

(if applicable) Hands-on experience with

payroll & attendance systems

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
