Name of the organization: STEM Learning

Experience: Minimum 6 month of experience in relevant field

Preference will be given to immediate joiners only

Qualification:

? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

? Proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role.

? Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

? Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Selection Criteria:

? Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or in a related position.

? Must be confident, patient and pro active.

? Strong communication skill, people and logical skills.

? Good inter personal, excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibility Area:

? Collaborating with HR Manager to understand their staffing needs and develop

recruitment strategies.

? Utilizing various sourcing methods (e.g., job portals like : Naukri, Shine, Indeed etc) to

identify and attract qualified candidates.

? Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, Mails, and scheduling

interviews.

? Managing the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a smooth

and positive recruitment process.

? Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per month
