Handling end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Managing attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Assisting in onboarding and induction of new employees
Handling employee queries and basic grievance management
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
Supporting management in HR-related activities
