Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files as per statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support performance management processes.
Coordinate training programs, induction, and employee engagement activities.
Manage exit formalities including full and final settlement, relieving letters, and exit interviews.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and inspections.
Support hospital/organizational policies and ensure proper implementation.
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
1-4 years of experience in HR operations (hospital or healthcare experience preferred).
