Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities:
On boarding and Documentation Process -
Helping in On boarding the Employees & Their Documentation Process
Compliance & Attendance Management -
Supporting in Compliance portion
Attendance Management and Leave Records of the Employees
Employee Relations & Engagement
Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Organizing employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
Maintaining a positive work environment.
Performance Management
Implementing performance appraisal systems.
Tracking employee progress and suggesting training programs.
Providing feedback and development plans.
Training & Development
Identifying skill gaps and arranging training sessions.
Coordinating workshops and career development programs.
Compliance Responsibilities
Managing employment contracts and handling disciplinary actions.
Keeping up with regulatory changes.
HR Policies & Documentation
Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies.
Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Recruitment & Staffing
Posting job vacancies and sourcing candidates.
Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
Coordinating hiring processes and onboarding new employees.
