Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollout).
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and MIS reports.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Draft HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation, exit documents).
Support exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
