Role Overview:


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to close positions as per client requirements.


Responsibilities:


Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.


Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews.


Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.


Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.


Ensure timely closures of positions.


Requirements:


Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred).


Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals.
