The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO processes, with a strong focus on bulk hiring for voice, non-voice, and blended roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume hiring, strong sourcing abilities, and excellent stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition / Bulk Hiring
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for frontline BPO roles (CSR, TSR, Sales, Support, etc.).
Achieve
daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
for bulk recruitment.
Source candidates through
portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), social media, references, walk-ins
, and local networks.
Conduct
initial screenings
, evaluate communication skills, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate
assessment rounds
, aptitude tests, and operations interviews.
Build and maintain a
to understand manpower requirements.
Update daily/weekly hiring reports and MIS dashboards.
Participate in
job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events
as needed.
4. HR Operations Support
Support
employee engagement activities
and retention initiatives for frontline staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR (preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in bulk hiring for Domestic BPO or high-volume recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of job portals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Multitasking, time management, and negotiation abilities.
