What You'll DoApprentice Registration



Manage apprentice registration on the designated portal (NAPS and NATS). Verify and upload documents required for trainee onboarding. Ensure all apprentice information is accurate and compliant.

Contract Management



Prepare and issue trainee-employer contracts. Ensure all agreements follow company, regulatory, and training program requirements. Track signatures, documentation, and maintain secure files.

Payroll Support



Collect attendance, work hours, and required data for payroll. Coordinate with the finance department to process monthly payroll. Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.

General HR Support



Maintain and update employee and apprentice records. Support new joiner onboarding processes. Assist in HR administration tasks, documentation, and compliance activities.

What We're Looking For



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using HR/online portals. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred:



Experience in HR, payroll coordination, or apprenticeship programs. Understanding of employment policies and documentation procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
