Roles and Responsibility
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Ensure smooth joining formalities and orientation sessions.
2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and personal files.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, salary, etc.
Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in preparing HR MIS reports on a monthly basis.
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance, deductions, and salary inputs.
Ensure timely documentation and adherence to HR policies.
4. Performance Management
Assist in conducting performance appraisal processes.
Track probation confirmation and appraisal documentation.
5. Exit Formalities
Assist in conducting exit interviews.
Coordinate full & final settlement documentation.
Ensure proper handover and clearance process.
